Kombucha Brewing - Day 6
The only new thing to report on Day SIX is a much more intense acidic aroma emanating from the jars, which is a good sign. This shows that the Kombucha culture is transforming the sugar into health-aiding acids.

Everything looks as it should be. The scobys on top look well. I expect that tomorrow will be harvesting day and we shall see which of the 3 cultures have won the thickness contest ;-)
